Does anyone have a patch so that I can upgrade 10.02 to 10.03 or 10.04? or should I downgrade to WFP 9 and avoid all the problems associated with 10.xx?

10.03 is a full install cd, there is no patch available. They (Symantec) would give it free to those who requested it, but they don’t do that anymore since they stopped supporting it in 2006.

WFP 9.0 is fine, it works well with Windows XP. If you use WFP 9, You want to have version 9.02 or 9.03, since 9.0 and 9.01 have a Y2K Bug that prevents faxes from being re-sent if no answer or failure at 1st attempt.
