    Lately, I’ve been having a problem connecting the Client to the Host. The system will go as far as trying to connect to the host and then it gives me the message: “WFXCTL32.EXE has encountered a problem and needs to close” , or in the middle of the day I will receive the message: “Winfax PRO has disconnected…..” and then I can’t reconnect.
    I have version 10.03

    try rebooting the fax host
    if the problem goes away after a reboot of the fax host, then the root of the problem is likely the host machine.


    I have tried rebooting the Host Winfax Pro and even the computer itself, but I get the same results.
