When using Winfax Sharing and the window opens showing faxes that came in, if you click on the button “Show all Messages”, you get the error message “WFXCTL32.EXE has encountered a problem and needs to close”. It didn’t used to happen before. How can I fix this?

This is usually a problem with corrupt fax entry on the host. You have to examine the logs on the WinFax Host and may have to perform a rebuild on the logs, or delete specific log entries that are causing the problem.
