    Should anyone tell me where can I download update files for my WinFax Pro 9x? And why I cannot upgrade ‘WinFax Pro 10.0’ under ‘MS Windows XP Professional SP3’?

    this is the link to Symantec’s site for WinFax PRO 9 files, they’ve discontinued the software over 10 years ago, so the links may be broken.

    Over the years of supporting WinFax for many clients we discovered a few incompatibilities with ALL versions of WinFax PRO and Windows XP, regardless of the Service Pack installed, identifying the problems and being able to workaround or fix them is possible. Did you attempt to install? What specific problem are you having during install?
