    I have been using WinFax Basic for several years, mainly because I have been purchasing Symantec’s Systemworks products. Now all of a sudden it doesn’t seem to be available. When I upgraded from SW 2002 to SW 2004 WinFax Basic seemed to just dissappear from my computer. The odd thing is that I can’t seem to find any place on Symantec’s website about this situation. I can’t seem to “contact” them without paying for it.

    Does anyone know about WinFax Basic. Is it no longer available. I’m not against getting WinFax Pro but I would like some kind of explanation as to why the product just dissappeared from my computer.

    Anyone know?

    WinFax BASIC is in the software graveyard. They removed WinFax Basic from Systemworks 2003 and 2004 I believe.

    If you still have the SystemWorks 2002 CD, you might be able to reinstall only WinFax BASIC.
