Hi,
I newly installed one winfax host on a windows xp professional with service pack 1.
And installed the sharing client on windows xp with SP2.
At the start of my client,it says it could not connect to the host,
make sure the user and password are the same.
They are the same,
I went to program setup and configure winfax sharing client,the client can find the host.
But when I check RECEIVE,both Manual receive now and automatic receive are in grey.
Could you help me out ?

You need to perform the steps listed on this document for the Windows XP SP2 machine, or update both machines to WinFax PRO 10.04
