When I do a mass faxing (select first fax name, hold shift, scroll to end), after a while (could be an hour or maybe 2-3) the fax program will stop sending faxes.

I have to shut down Windows and reboot.

When I open Message Manager, the program will again begin to send faxes, but will not do so until a complete re-boot of the system.

Any suggestions?

Also, when I queried the modem, I get the following error message:

“The port that the modem is attached could not be opened. This may be the sesult of a hardware conflict.”

Checked the device manager and found no conflict.

Again, any help, please????
