    Hello. Ive been using win fax pro 10.2 for years,I upgraded last night to 10.4 and all of a sudden the WFXCTL32.EXE is loading at startup and never finishes loading evidently, and this caused the system to freeze for about 5 or 10 seconds and never lets the screen saver start as it is constantly activating the mouse cursor into thinking it is moving . I don’t know what to do to fix this , I open taskmanager and end this process and it fixes the problem but then win fax wont work either. any ideas would be greatly appreciated,

    you cannot install WinFax PRO 10.04 overtop 10.02. This will cause problems. The 10.04 patch update was designed for updating version 10.03 only.
    I would suggest an uninstall, and then reinstall of WinFax PRO 10.02
