    Changing to a new computer, have been running WinFax Pro on XP Pro for couple of years without difficulty. Now, will not install; it “skips” steps in the installation sequence without user entry, and never completes the installation.

    XP Pro, SP2

    Is this a known phenomenon, and what (of anything) can I do to get around it?
