I have been trying to download the At&T yahoo applications in which Nortorn antivirus in included, but I get the message that it’s already installed when I know that it’s not. My winfax pro 10.0 is interfering with the installation and I cannot remove it, at least completely, so that I can install Nortorn. I also followed instruction on how to manually uninstall it in safe mode, but I still get the same error message. I see no trace of winfax on my computer, but when I ran Nortorn untivirus removal tool it’s telling me that it is on my computer.

Is there an easy way to remove this program?

you can try the suggestions listed here if WinFax still appears in your Add/Remove Programs listing. . Otherwise, there are still winfax left over registry settings in your registry.
