Periodically my computer stalls, when i run control/alt /delete my screen comes up with a list ofthings running. At the top each time is this ” WINFAX MOD INTEL

this module that is failing is the WinFax Modem module, which controls your Intel 537EP Modem.

I would suggest:

1. Update your Intel 537EP modem drivers for your operating system, make sure you have the latest installed.

2. Try setting the modem to use Class 2, software flow control. (Modem & Communications Devices under Setup)
