MemberI have used winfax for many years but have run into a problem lately that has me stumped.
When merging a letter with new contact information to winfax from Word, I get a screen saying “Runtime Error 4120” Bad Parameter.
I am not certian if this is coming from Word of Winfax. I will often see the first “printing page….” screen but then it shuts down and the pages are not in the outbox.
Sometimes it does not happen and things pring just fine. I have just set up a new computer with Winfax 10.3 and Word 2007. It will not work at all on this machine.
Any ideas?
Thanks

KeymasterAre you using the GetFaxing.com Macro?
In Word 2007, make sure you have your User Name/Initials entered in the setup under Word Options,Popular options.
Make sure there are no spaces! It must contain a Name/Initial.

having no name there will do it. Add it in and let us know if you see that error again. This is a bug in Word 2007, not the macro.
