    I need assistance with this problem. I don’t know where to begin. I tried restarting the program and also tried rebooting the pc. Do I need to deinstall the program and reinstall it?

    what is the exact error message that appears? when does it appear? and what version of WinFax Pro 10? (10.0, 10.01, 10.02, 10.03 or 10.04)
