Hope someone can give me an idea on ho to fix this. When sending multiple faxes or large faxes 20 pages or more I’ll sometimes get this message:

You can try the troubleshooting steps listed on the main WinFax Software support page (del temp files etc., rebuilding phonebooks & logs)

As for your second question, off peak really doesn’t work too well in WinFax. If you have any faxes that failed (or no answer) in the group send, then they will continue to fax after off-peak time has passed.
