Does anybody have any experience with this combinaiton? Faxing from work and 10.02 has no problem but 10.03 does for some reason. It asks me if I want to configure netsatisfaxtion now, I say yes then it tells me it was unable to load the device.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
The net satisfaxtion requires CAS drivers, do you have them installed? They should be included with the Net Satisfaxion modem. I assume you have a Net Satisfaxion modem installed locally on your PC? or are you trying to send faxes remotely to your Net Satisfaxion IP system at work? I don’t believe this is possible.
I believe http://www.faxback.com handles the Net Satisfaxion line now, it used to be Intel.
