MemberWhen doubleclick on a received or sent fax in Outlook 2000 I get the message “The custom form could not be loaded…”. Symantec couldn’t help (“They are aware of this Problem. Currently there is no known solution”; since July last year). Does anybody know any solution?

InactiveThis is an Outlook error message, you might want to try doing the following:
On the Start menu, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
Double-click to open Add/Remove Programs.
Click to select Microsoft Office 2000 Premium, and then click Add/Remove features.
Click the plus sign next to Microsoft Outlook for Windows.
Click the down arrow next to Electronic Forms Designer runtime, and then click Run from my computer.
Click Update Now.
This should install the necessary files for the Electronic Forms Designer. Since it is a custom form that is having trouble loading, it may be a problem with Outlook displaying custom forms. Once the files are there, you may be able to view your faxes in Outlook.
Let me know if this works
