Windows® XP Service Pack 3 (SP3) includes all previously released updates for the operating system. This update also includes a small number of new functionalities.

How does this effect WinFax PRO?

If you are updating to SP3 then possible problems include:

1. Fax Sharing Not Working (Client no longer connecting to Host)
2. Problems entering fax numbers in phonebooks
3. Problems entering a CSID or fax number during installation of WinFax or when starting WTNSETUP.EXE.
4. Problems entering an IP address of a fax host during Fax Sharing setup.
5. Problems entering an area code, or other dialing settings in Dialing Properties setup.

If you update from SP2 to SP3, you may also encounter the above problems with WinFax PRO.

Download and run WinFaxToolsFull.exe and click “Fix Entry Problem” button. Follow on-screen instructions
