I am making a new computer for a salesperson.
He had Winfax Pro version 10.02 on his old computer.

I am installing it on the new computer but during the installation at the point where you enter in the CSID I go to enter the phone and fax and the form closes.

I had uninstalled the program and then reinstalled it and just clicked the “NEXT” button when I got to the CSID screen.

When I open up the Fax Manager and attempt to change the country from Canada to USA and then enter the country codes the form quits just like the CSID form did during the install. I have looked up similar posts in this and other forums and have not yet had a resolution to this problem yet.

Please let me know if you know the answer to this problem.
