MemberHello!
I have two problems.1. As I has bin working in annotation in the second page the winfax pro collapse! And shut down. I tried to exit the program from the icon near the clock, but the exit line was not available. I have to restart the computer.
2. In the middle of sending fax, the screen freeze, and the same I have to restart the computer.
Can you help me please?

Keymasteryou need to “end task” the following applications from the Task Manager:
in the following order (if they are active)
faxmng32.exe
wfxmod32.exe
wfxctl32.exeonce you do this, you should be able to restart WinFax without rebooting the computer.
as for what causes the the crash, you’ll need to post more details on the error message that appears.

Keymasterfor the 2nd problem , this is difficult to diagnose. What type of fax modem do you have? Is there any logged error message in the Event Viewer regarding this failure at the specific time/date (in Control Panel, Administrator Tools, Event Viewer…)
