Hi,

I’m running winfax pro 10.04 in a small business server domain & all XP Pro machines. Just recently the “winfax pro receive” window shows all messages in order of the time they were received. Is there any way that I can set winfax to display these messages by date format? This problem has only occured recently. Unread faxes are fine, but if I choose “show all messages” it displays all received faxes in order of the time of day they were received. Any help on this matter is greatly appreciated.

you likely have some problem entries in your Host’s receive log, verify your logs and ensure there are no invalid entries (entries with missing or incomplete date/time etc.)
