Hello, I have a customer using WinFax Pro 10 and Windows 2000. This customer is having a problem when they go to create a fax they cannot attach documents at all. They can go through the motions and it acts like it is doing it (you get no errors) but you don’t see the documents attached at all. You can click on preview or even send the fax and all they get is the cover page. I have reinstalled the app and I even rebuilt the workstation from scratch but still have the same issue. Any ideas?
What version of WinFax PRO? (10.0, 10.01, 10.02. 10.03 etc.)
did you reinstall overtop existing version, or uninstall, then install?
is rebuilding the Workstation include formatting the drive and reinstalling the operating system and all software? not saying this is required , just trying to determine what “rebuilding” actually includes
what your describing sounds like it is a problem with the printer drivers for WinFax
