    I’ve called Symantec help and they said that no version of Winfax Pro supports DDE. Is that true? If not, how do I use the DDE code? do I just place it into Excel VBA??

    Not true. You should have asked the person you spoke with why is there a “DDE” help topic in the on-line help?

    Version 2.0 of WinFax supported DDE, all the way up to version 10.02.

    The real answer is that there are problems in 10.03 with DDE and SDK.
