I would like to configure the following. I want all out going faxes to go via a traditional fax machine.(I have too many employees that will never be able to learn to use winfax). I want all incoming faxes to go to winfax so that I can edit, delete, distribute as needed. I would like this setup with one phone line. Any ideas??
buy a telephone splitter if you only have one outlet. Plug the modem into one and the fax machine into the other port. Check your fax machine and turn off automatic receive. Set WinFax to receive in 2 or more rings. All is set. WinFax will now receive all faxes and your fax machine will be used to send faxes. You can also use WinFax to send faxes as well.
