Experiencing a very serious issue where WInFaxPro 10.3 is setup to receive the fax and our app will print it (avoiding Syman problem with network printers). File is received but not being passed to NWFax immediately after the fax ends.

Our aplications does nothing and will not print the fax as the incoming fax is not seen by our app. Any ideas. What could break the connection between WinFax and NWFax?

Have you rebooted, deleted any temp files , rebuilt logs and phonebooks in WinFax?
