    Hi everybody,
    I’m a new WinFax user, I installed not long ago on my winXP system, and am quite happy with it. one problem gugs me, however, and that is when I log off a user, and then log it back on, automatic receive shuts off.
    Any body knows what’s the cause for it? I searched all over the web, and found no clue to this mystery .

    Appreciate your help.

    Try this:

    Go into Program Setup, Receive. Turn on the Automatic Receive option and set the number of calls to answer in (usually 2, but you can set this to a higher number.)
    Click OK to save this setting.
    Exit WinFax Controller (right click the Controller Icon, and click Exit)
    Then log off the user, log in again and see if the settings stick.

    Tried, doesn’t help.

    What version of WinFax. Check Help, About. I believe only version 10.01 and higher had some sort of multi-user logon support for Windows XP
