BumperMemberYou are correct. I do have a copy of the Data folder from a previous install. Is that the one you are suggesting that I replace the Data folder in the new installation with?

I assume you want me to rename the folder in the new installation. When I do, where will I find the backup folder?
BumperMemberOnce again you have been a lifesaver. Your suggestion worked like a charm and now a working version of V10.03 is on my computwr and MS Outlook is functioning normally.

BumperMemberThanks for the information. I reinstalled from the original CD I had purchased and the version, per the about Winfax Pro screen, is 10.0. Can I geet the 10.02 or 10.03 from Symantec, and if so, how?
