MemberFax Talk FaxCenter Pro
The only thing that it does not have, is the multiple pre-printed fax cover pages. It has about 6.
Other than that………..it works perfectly.

MemberDowload the free trial of FaxTalks and try the phonebook import.
I do know that you can fax the .pdf, because we do it all the time.
Good luck.

MemberI did a complete switch to:
FaxTalk Fax Center Pro.
It is able to use (import) the Winfax phonebooks which was my biggest concern with over 1000 names, company names and phone numbers.
The only thing lacking was only 9 cover sheets. Loved all the cover sheets with WinFax.

You will many answers to your problem.
Or you can start by looking here:
Check under the Tools menu –> templates and add-ins and see if the template Wfword2K.dot is unchecked. If it is…….check it.

MemberThanks for your help and I wish you well on these forums.
I finally had enough problems with Winfax Pro that I deleted the entire program and bought Fax Talk Pro.
It is almost a copy of Winfax and is working perfectly for the short time (2 days) that I am using it. Send over 700 faxes as I type.
Again, thanks and you never know……might be back…. 😀

MemberI have no problem printing from MS Word or other documents but only when I open PDF documents in Adobe or try and print from an Epson scanner connected by USB.
And yes wfxsnt40.exe is running.
Anything else?
TIA

MemberGreat suggestions and great help.
I will stay with the “hold shift” and scroll to bottom. This worked flawlessly.

MemberOK……….bear with me.
How do I go about creating a group? And do I have to select each and every account separately?
Your 2nd method worked perfectly.
I wonder if that should be the method of choice…….:-)
Thanks. This was greatly appreciated.

Member😀
This was great. Worked perfectly and deleted the phonebook.
Your instructions were perfect and hopefully WinFax PRO will keep running flawlessly.
It would be great for a third party to take over the support for upgrades, etc.
Thanks.
