I want to thank you for your quote. It was very helpful.

The fax came in as portrait (as all fax do) but the document was in landscape. So the user turned the document in landscape mode. After that printing the fax was impossible.
I turned the fax back to portrait and it was successfully printed.

DO NOT TURN THE FAX TO LANDSCAPE!!!
