    Please can someone tell me what are the file name and location of the history and contact files?
    This is just incase I have to reinstall application from scratch.

    what version of WinFax PRO? 10.0
    what version of Windows? XP Pro SP2
    What type of PC ? cpu/make/model/manufacturer/notebook/desktop etc. Dell Precision 330 Desktop
    are you running any anti-virus or anti-ad-ware software? if so, what is it? Trend Micro
    Is this a new install of WinFax, or an existing install that worked prior to this error message? Existing Install which was working prior to eror message
