IMPORTANT UPDATE: Full access to WinFax Tools and this Web site requires SHA2 compatibility. Older Microsoft Windows operating systems do not support SHA2 (also called SHA256) authentication. If you are accessing this site or using WinFax Tools with an operating system earlier than Windows XP Service Pack 3 (SP2 or earlier), Windows 2003 Server (SP2 or earlier), or Windows 2000 you will not be able to authenticate (login) to WinFax Tools or download files from this Web site. If you are using Windows XP SP2 or earlier, it is recommended to update to Service Pack 3 (SP3) for SHA2 support. If you are using Windows 2003 Server SP2 or earlier, you will require hot fix KB 938397.


To download files or download WinFax Tools updates, you need to enter your subscription user name and password. This user name and password will be valid during the term of your subscription. This user name and password is NOT the same as your forums login information. If your subscription has expired, your download user name and password will no longer work. You will need to subscribe again to obtain a new user name and password.

Q. What is my download user name and password?
A. Those subscribed after May 15th, 2009 will have received a user name and password from Paypal, you will have your information listed in your transaction details. Your user name will begin with "pp-" . If you do not remember your user name and password please login to Paypal (WITH THE SAME ACCOUNT YOU USED TO PURCHASE THE SUBSCRIPTION) and check the details for your transaction.

Q. I subscribed before May 15th, 2009. Where is my user name and password?
A. If you purchased a subscription BEFORE May 15th, 2009 then you can contact us directly to setup a user name and password for you. Send us a email from our contact page or click the Chat link at our main page http://www.getfaxing.com Thank you.
