This problem can be solved with a subscription to WinFax Tools.

Instructions:

Download latest WinFax Tools program and start program.
Click Check for Updates (download updates if available)
In Main WinFax Tools Window, Click "Fix Entry Problem" button.
Follow steps 1-3 outlined in dialog box that appears.
Click OK to confirm in all open dialog boxes.
Exit WinFax Tools.
Reboot Computer.
Test WinFax PRO.
If problems continue, repeat the steps above one more time.

WinFax PRO hangs or shuts down

Download and Run Program
Click Check for Updates
Enter your User Name & Password (you received when subscription was completed via Paypal)
In Main Program Window, Click "Fix Entry Problem" button. Follow steps outlined in dialog box.
