Our tool is secure, easy to use, works through virtually all home or office firewalls, and requires no installation or configuration. All you do is download, launch the program, and click Connect.
When you run our Remote Assistance Tool and click Connect, your computer is making an outgoing connection and accessing our server.
An encrypted password is used on both sides to ensure you are only connecting to our servers. Since no software is installed on your computer, the connection is only made when you click the Connect button and a technican is waiting for your connection. A technician can never access your computer unless you click the Connect button, and we are waiting to establish a connection with you.
