A support engineer specialized in the software and hardware will connect using remote access to your workstation or server. We can help with installation and setup or to troubleshoot and repair a problem. We have over 20 years experience in fax software and hardware and specialize in desktop and fax server software using FaxTalk and WinFax PRO. If you have any questions about our service, contact us.

How to order Remote Support Services

Select the appropriate remote service you require (see below) and Click Add to Cart button to order. Payment is via our secure checkout with Visa or Master card, or secure Paypal Checkout (Visa, Master card, American Express, Discover, Debit card etc.)

Chat or e-mail us to schedule an appointment. Appointments are available at first come, first served basis. Regular support hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Pacific Time) (GMT -8). Weekend or after-hours support is available on request and may incur additional fees.

How do we connect with you?

Our service is via remote support. The Remote Assistance Tool software we provide you will allow our support engineer to troubleshoot your computer by connecting to your computer via the Internet. Our tool is secure, easy to use, works through virtually all home or office firewalls, and requires no installation or configuration. All you do is download, launch the program and send us your session code.

What about privacy and security?

Our Remote Access Tool encrypts all data end-to-end using 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). AES is the NIST-approved (National Institute of Standards and Technology) successor to DES. The Remote Tool is digitally signed so nothing can be altered or updated by any individual without the private key, ensuring the integrity of the Remote software and preventing security risks.

FaxTalk Remote Support

We connect via remote assistance and help you with your software installation, setup of a fax modem, trouble shooting error messages, diagnosing issues with sending or receiving faxes, setup of network fax sharing, Outlook™ contact management integration, fax merge broadcasting and more. We can also assist in migrating your WinFax PRO™ phone books and faxes to FaxTalk software. Pricing is per workstation and most incidents are our flat rate pricing. Data recovery, image conversion, phone book recovery and repair and some other custom services may incur additional fees. All service pricing does not include any FaxTalk software license(s).

WinFax PRO Remote Support

Symantec’s popular WinFax PRO™ software was discontinued in 2006 and receiving technical support from the manufacturer is no longer possible. We can help you with an installation on an older Windows XP workstation or Windows 2003 Server, we can recover WinFax data, or help with a new installation and setup. We connect via remote assistance and can solve any problem you might have with WinFax PRO™. Installation, removal, phone book conversion, phone book repair, problems starting WinFax, error messages, sending or receiving faxes, Fax Sharing, Windows XP configuration, ACT!™ 4.0,5.0/2000,6.0 and Outlook™ contact management integration, fax merges and much more. Please note that our remote service does not include Symantec WinFax PRO™ or TalkWorks PRO™ software, as this software is discontinued you must provide your own legal license(s) for installation. Pricing is for a single workstation per incident and most incidents are flat rate. Data recovery, image conversion and some other services may incur additional fees.
