I have WinFax Pro 9.0 and when I use the sdk for read all events in a
folder sometimes, for a particolur date (example 10/01/01), the function GetMessagaDate return me an empty string.
Starting from this date that generated this error, the next days returned from the Getmessagedate are one day minor of the right day.

    Thanks in advance.

    Danilo,

this is a problem with WinFax PRO 9.0 that occurs in the month of October 10/01 (and I think fixes itself starting in the month of November 11/01)

A fix was included in 9.02 and 9.03 release patches. You need to update to release 9.02 or 9.03. If you are using a non-English version of WinFax make sure you download the proper update file.

This problem is also present in TalkWorks PRO 2.0

Here is a link to a message about this:

after you update, check Help, About … in the program to see if the update was complete.

    More information:

This issue occurs with versions of WinFax PRO 9.0 and TalkWorks PRO 2.0 that have a release date of July 1998. To check the release date of WinFax PRO 9.0 or TalkWorks PRO 2.0, follow these steps:

    1. Start Message Manager.
    2. Click Help, and click About Message Manager.

The release version should indicate 9.02 or later (for WinFax PRO) or 2.02 or later (for TalkWorks PRO) with a date of November 28, 1998, or later. If this is not the case, use LiveUpdate to ensure your program is up to date.

If you cannot use LiveUpdate (or if LiveUpdate indicates you already have the latest version of WinFax PRO/TalkWorks PRO), and About Message Manager indicates a date prior to November 28, 1998, you will need to manually download the update for WinFax PRO 9.0 or TalkWorks PRO 2.0 from Symantec
