    I need a Phone Number for Customer Support for WinFax Pro. I can NOT Print from any program to WinFax. I have unistalled, Rebooted, Re-installed, Rebooted, Purchased an Upgrade, Installed, rebooted, unistalled, rebooted, reinstalled and rebooted. And I can only send a recevied fax to Winfax by selecting SEND not Print. I can not take much more of the I’m sorry by we don’t support that product. We sell it but oh well. I believe I am missinga DLL file some how. Can any one help. :angry:

    There is no phone support for WinFax. It has been discontinued by Symantec over a year ago.

    If you’ve been through all that, I suggest you consider WinFax Premium Live support option offered by GetFaxing.com. See this link:

    if they cannot resolve your printing issues, your support fee is refunded 100%

    Do you have the WinFax Printers installed ?
