    I must have done something to change a setting, because I want WinFax to start when Windows starts, but for some reason it doesn’t. I’ve checked to see if it’s in the startup and I don’t know where to look. Please help.

    the WinFax Controller should be in your Startup group, click on Start, Programs, Startup
    it should appear there for the Controller to start with Windows.
