I am trying us my newly installed Winfax Pro 10.3 with FaxAdmin and ACT. I printed out their manual and followed it to the letter. Everything worked fine until I tried to send a fax blast and every number that Winfax tried to dial came up with unable to dial number from the operator from the phone company. It might be how the telephone numbers are pulled out of ACT. it just shows as the area code (with no parathases) and also no prefix of 1 before the number. It is just nine numbers total.
Anybody have any idea how I can fix this problem
adjust your dialing settings in WinFax. Your dialing settings are wrong .
