I am trying to customize my own cover page. I added a field for the title and chose first name and last name. I am sending a fax that needs to go to three different departments in one office. I have linked each of these fields in my phonebook and I see them in the phone book, but when I add the phone book list to my fax to send it, the
title
field does not show up and is not an option to modify in the recipient properties. I can see it, but it is grayed out. I need to be able to have the option to show three separate recipients on my fax cover sheet. I am using Winfax Pro 10.4. Thanks!
Well, I figured out my own answer. Even though it looks like the new fax cover does not contain all the information I wanted, when I preview the fax (print preview), all of the information is there.
