Hi,
I would like the cover page to arrive last instead of first. Is there any way to do this?

No, WinFax cover pages are always sent as the first page. Although it does make sense to send this page last for paper fax machines which stack paper in the order received.
The alternative is to use a Word cover page or from another application and append it to the fax you want to send. With the WinFax Send Dialog box open, open Word and print the cover page to WinFax. The cover page is now appended to the first page fax.
