Per-incident support overview

An incident or problem is one user-defined problem seeking resolution. The single incident must be related to the original intent and design of the software, and does not include subsequent problems that are caused by or related to the original problem. Per-incident support will be conducted with only one customer contact. A per-incident ticket is deemed closed when a remedy, workaround, or recommendation for the installation has been offered, reasonable effort has been made to restore the operation to the original intent and design of the software, and the customer is in agreement with the resolution. GetFaxing.com does not warrant that the software used is error-free, and purchase of support does not guarantee resolution. Per-incident tickets are valid for a period of 30 days. If, after a period of 30 days you do not contact GetFaxing.com for support services, your ticket will be closed and your fees non-refunded.

If we are not able to answer your question or resolve your incident within 30 days after contacting us, we refund your service fee.
