    I have had this issue for quite a while and cant find the solution, Whenwe attempt to attach a document to a winfax the cover page appears but no document is attached. And ideas would be helpful.

    I would first try the following:

    If that does not help, you may have a problem with the WinFax PRO printer drivers.

    1) remove the existing WinFax PRO printer drivers by selecting the printer in Control Panel, Printers , right-click and clicking delete.
    2) start WinFax Tools.
    3) click on Install & Setup Tools
    4) click on Install WinFax Printer option.
