Installed 10.0 on a new XP computer a week ago. All was working fine. Today received faxes won’t print automatically. They do print if I manually select print. Error says something like can’t find network printer.

Go to Program Setup, Receive.
Click on the After Receive Tab.
Select Print, then Setup.
In the Print On Receive dialog box, click SETUP and select ANOTHER printer (if available) and click OK.
Cick OK again, then APPLY.Now go back and repeat the steps, but this time select the proper printer.
After you complete this you will need to close the WinFax Controller and restart it.

This information for printing automatically to WinFax is stored in a branch of the Delrina software section of HKEY_CURRENT_USER which will change if a different user logs on.
Does it print to the network printer now?

and are you using version 10.02 or 10.03?The solution could be as simple as closing and re-starting the controller. All faxes (that didn’t print) should then start being printed automatically
