Hi ,
We are using Winfax 10.02; I would like to use the backup feature in Winfax program to schedule automatic backups; When I tested it, the backup is only creating a 2MB files when my Data folder is nearly 2GB; What is the correct way to backup Winfax data (all the faxes received/sent, Phone Books,..)
Any help is greatly appreciated.

You could simply backup the entire data directory, this is the easiest way to ensure everything in that directory is backed up.

It is possible that much of your data directory is linked to old faxes and files that are no longer linked in your logs. Therefore, the backup process isn’t seeing these other files in the directory.

Also make sure you enable the option to backup the actual fax/message files.
