I apologize if this is a simple question. I have not yet used fax software. I need to fax approximately 20 word documents daily to a total of 50 recipients. My friend suggested Winfax Pro but told me I need to have Outlook for the address book. My institution uses Groupwise and will not allow outlook. Is it easy to create an address book in Winfax Pro and send Word documents.

WinFax can use a few different contact lists as phonebooks directly within the program, but Groupwise is not one of the supported contact managers.

You can instead easily export a contact list from the native application (such as Groupwise) as a Dbase or Ascii/comma seperated file (CSV) from most applications, and then import that same contact list into WinFax PRO
