WinfaxPro 10.03 running on Windows XP Pro

After installing Winfax on a new mechine with a 40GiG hd and only 6.3GiG used, one week later, when moving a fax from the receive log I receive the error message:

“The following error occurred when attempting to move a message. “Call Failed” There is not enough disk space available on drive c: to copy all of the files associated with this message.”

I have run chkdsk and defrag and can’t find the cause.

I can’t import logs from winfax 9 until I resolve this problem.

    HELP!!!!! :O :O

Have you tried Symantec’s suggestions on this error?
Some are over the top, but it is worth a try:

๐Ÿ™ Please recheck the link in your reply!

It sent me to a “live update” fix.

:p After I replied to your message, I went to symantec.com, clicked support, and entered “error: “call failed” ” into the search box and the correct document came up at:

fixed it, looks like Symantec updated that link and it went to a different technical document. It originally went to the link you provided in your post.
