Hi,
we started to have a problem with winfax.
Before we used MS Access to send faxes thru winfax. It was printing and sending faxes after.
Then, we started to have a problem. It was only printing but not faxing or other way.
When we’re trying to test it and send a fax to a local fax machine directly from winfax. But, it was sending them to a telephone line instead of to a fax. We had a proper fax number in a winfax window. That telephone number was not even entered into winfax. How it could happen?
Please, advise anything.

the number being entered is incorrect, or you have some sort of dialing rules, prefix, suffix etc. enabled causing the wrong number to be dialed.

the fax number the appears in the send progress dialog should be the number that is dialed
