Hello all,

We are using two modem on winfax 10.04 currently. It works smoothly except an alert message popup rarely on the screen “can’t sent data to the modem, please try powering” Does anybody here encounter the same thing as me?

what type of modems, are they configured as com port or tapi mode?
class of these modems ? (class 1, 2, 2.0) ?
are they different modems (one external , one internal, both internal, etc.)
are they same modems using the same drivers (not recommended)

both of them is

1)Tapi
2)class1
3)internal
4)they are not using the same driver cos they are different brand of modem
