Have a machine that want’s to dial 1 for longdistance each time it tries to fax. Can’t remember how to reset this. Any help most appreciated.

Tools, Program Setup, Dialing And Location.

Click Location Tab.
Make sure area code and phone number is entered here.
Click Change to modify Long Distance Code.
Click Area Code Rule and set proper dialing codes
