    I have a Dell Computer Win 2K OS, 3COM modem TI. What do I need to do to recognize distinctive ring?

    Distinctive Ring is only a supported option on Windows 95/98/Me. It is not a supported feature of the Windows NT 4.0/2000/XP operating systems.
