    I am trying to fax reports directly from MS Access 2002. I can print to the symantec fax printer but I cannot get access to enter the fax (etc) numbers into WinFax Pro.
    HEEEEEEELLLLLLLPPPPPPPP!!!!!

    are you trying to do this through the VBA code in Access? or are you just printing to WinFax in Access? The dialog box should appear, but then you have to add the fax number in manually — unless you use VBA code (DDE or SDK ) to automate this.
